Multi-layer extrusions combine different materials or layers to enhance functionality, safety, and durability. Through process control and extrusion parameters we can manufacture product to different material thicknesses (layers) ratios within the tube.

Complex profile extrusions are highly specialized to our customer's design and vision.  We can develop processes that result in a one of a kind shape and geometry to meet a specific requirement for unique and  challenging applications.

We manufacture balloon tubing with precise wall control, consistent rated burst pressure, and consistent performance.  We eliminate the variation from lot to lot so that our customers do not have to adjust their parameters with every lot of extrusion that they receive.
